This contemporary office in Lahore was designed as a client-facing space for a real estate business, balancing the needs of property buyers with those of investors. The design focuses on creating an environment that feels professional yet welcoming, allowing visitors to feel comfortable and confident throughout their experience.
A strong emphasis was placed on circulation and the sequence of spaces, creating a clear and intuitive journey from arrival through to the meeting areas. Carefully considered waiting spaces provide a relaxed setting for clients, while the meeting rooms are designed to support meaningful conversations and confident decision-making.
The material palette combines warm veneer wood with refined metal detailing and expanses of glass, creating a contemporary aesthetic that feels both sophisticated and approachable. One of the key challenges was bringing together the differing opinions of multiple shareholders into a single, cohesive design language.
